Job description

Here at Halliwell Jones (Chester) Ltd we have an exciting opportunity for a Weekend Host. The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Sales, Aftersales and Bodyshop. We provide ongoing training and development together with great career progression opportunities.This is a permanent role working Saturday and Sunday.

  • 22 days holiday (pro-rated) plus bank holidays AND your birthday off!

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customers are welcomed and handled in a prompt, professional and friendly manner to instigate and maintain the centre culture of consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Proven excellent customer service and communication skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer service.
  • An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.
  • Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.

  • Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
