Job summary

Hiregiant Ltd in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to support a 24/7 logistics operation with consistent weekend shifts. You will operate fridge trailers on long-distance routes, with loads prepared and ready to go, and ensure all PODs and paperwork are completed accurately.

Daily vehicle checks, safety gear, and CPC/Digi Tacho compliance are required. The role offers night shifts on Friday to Sunday, with 8–12 hour shifts and weekly pay, and ongoing long-term work.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid CPC & Digi Tacho.
• Safety boots & hi-vis.

Responsibilities

• Operate a HGV 1 truck and trailer.
• Complete 23 drops / collections on distance routes.
• Complete PODs and paperwork accurately.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks.
• Work within a 24/7 operation with flexible shifts.
