Job summary

Sure Call Recruitment & AFE Recruitment is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for a busy Castle Donnington depot. You will carry trunking and store deliveries with a strong focus on safety and on-time performance.

Weekend shifts are available with paid breaks and holiday pay. You must hold a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E), UK CPC and Tachograph Card, and have up to 6 penalty points with no major convictions.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid UK CPC and Tachograph Card.
• Minimum of 1 year's Class 1 driving experience.
• Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no major endorsements or convictions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out trunking and store deliveries between distribution centres and stores.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain high safety standards.
• Follow planned routes and adhere to scheduled delivery times.
• Ensure compliance with driving regulations and company procedures.
