Job summary

Surecall Recruitment is recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver at Castle Donnington. You will carry out trunking and store deliveries across the network, and complete daily vehicle checks to maintain safety and efficiency.

The role requires a valid HGV Class 1 licence, UK CPC and Tachograph Card, plus a minimum of 1 year of Class 1 driving experience and a solid understanding of driver hours regulations. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence is required.
• Valid UK CPC and Tachograph Card.
• Minimum of 1 year's Class 1 driving experience.
• Good understanding of driver hours and regulations.
• No more than 6 penalty points.

A leading national logistics company is seeking skilled and dedicated HGV Class 1 Drivers to join its busy depot in Castle Donnington.

In this role, you will be responsible for deliveries, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the company's network.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out a mixture of trunking and store deliveries work between distribution centres and stores.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain high safety standards.
• Follow planned routes and adhere to scheduled delivery times.
• Ensure compliance with all driving regulations and company procedures.
