They are currently looking for an empathetic and people-oriented individual who is looking for weekend work between 8am - 8pm to join their supportive team on a fully remote basis. If someone requires additional hours, this may be possible alongside the weekend shifts.

Job Description

  • Manage inbound calls, providing advice and support to callers
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Document call details accurately and professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Work closely with the team to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the charity's services
  • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection protocols
