Job summary

HealthHarmonie is seeking a part-time Healthcare Assistant to support our clinics across Worcester. This mobile role covers Saturdays and Sundays with a 16-hour week, including travel time, ensuring smooth patient experiences and accurate data handling.

You will work with clinicians and admin teams, carry out GDPR checks, and help maintain infection control standards to provide a safe environment for patients and staff. Training starts day one with ongoing support and progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail when capturing and handling patient data.
• Confident using IT systems and digital platforms.
• Healthcare or administrative experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support services and ensure high-quality patient experience across clinics.
• Ensure patient records and data are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with appointment coordination and clinic operations, upholding infection control standards.
• Contribute to GDPR compliance and safe data handling.
