Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is hiring a Health Care Assistant for the Pathways care home in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This weekends-only role supports adults with complex care needs and aims to help them live their best lives on Saturday and Sunday shifts.

You will assist with personal care, meals, wellbeing, and social activities, while upholding dignity, independence and respectful interactions. Training and induction are provided to help you settle in quickly.

Qualifications

• No two days will be the same in this weekend role; flexibility is valued.
• Experience in care is helpful but not essential; passion for helping others matters.
