Psicon is seeking a Weekend Front of House Receptionist/Administrator to manage the Canterbury clinic front desk, greet visitors and support administrative tasks. The role requires excellent customer service, strong organisation and the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Experience in front of house roles and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential. The position includes a pro rata salary and benefits, with onsite parking available.

Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working both privately and with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. The role is based in the centre of Canterbury, Kent (Please note that there is onsite parking). The working days are Saturday & Sunday, hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm, (17 hours per week)
This role involves managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming, organised environment. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, managing clinic supplies, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The position requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with the team and be able to demonstrate an element of lone working. A reliable and adaptable approach is essential to maintain clinic efficiency and security.
