Job summary

DSC Nutrition Ltd is seeking Production Operators for weekend shifts from 22:00 to 06:30 to support our food manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain tablet presses and capsule filling machines, following GMP guidelines to ensure safe, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Basic understanding of food production processes and machinery operation.
• Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good numeracy for recording data and basic calculations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and maintain tablet presses and capsule filling machines under GMP.
• Follow precise instructions, monitor machines and ensure high batch quality.
• Work independently while supporting the wider team and meeting output targets.
