Job summary

Home Instead Charnwood is seeking compassionate female Home Care Professionals to join our award-winning team in the local community. The role involves visiting clients in their own homes, providing personalised care that promotes dignity, independence, and companionship.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential. Eligible applicants will be female only as required by the Equality Act.

Qualifications

• Female applicants only (Occupational Requirement)
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
• You must have full right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer any form of visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Visit clients across Charnwood and provide one-to-one home care
• Assist with personal care, medication, mobility support and companionship
• Carry out light housekeeping, shopping and errands
• Follow tailored care plans to support each client’s individual needs
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and their families
• Maintain clear communication with the office team and other care professionals
