Job summary
Home Instead Charnwood is seeking motivated, compassionate female Home Care Professionals with weekend and evening availability to join our award-winning team, delivering personalised care in clients' own homes. You will visit clients across Charnwood to support dignity, independence and companionship, with tasks including personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping and errands.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential; you must be eligible to work in the UK and
Qualifications
- Female applicants only (Occupational Requirement)
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
- Must have right to work in the UK – visa sponsorship not available
- Kind, patient, and caring nature
- Desire to help others and build meaningful relationships
- Care experience is a bonus, but full training is provided – personality matters most
Responsibilities
- Visit clients across Charnwood and provide one-to-one home care
- Assist with personal care, medication, mobility support and companionship
- Carry out light housekeeping, shopping and errands
- Follow tailored care plans to support each client’s individual needs
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and their families
- Maintain clear communication with the office team and other care professionals
