AE Tuition in Langley or Feltham is seeking an experienced English Teacher to join our weekend programme for KS3 and 11+. You will deliver engaging lessons to pupils and support their preparation for entrance examinations using AE Tuition's proven materials.

Ideal candidates hold UK QTS, demonstrate strong English knowledge and classroom management, and can commit to regular weekend hours. The role offers a permanent weekend schedule with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status and classroom experience.
• Strong English subject knowledge.
• Experience teaching at secondary or Key Stage 3 level.
• Availability to teach weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well-structured English lessons.
• Teaching areas including comprehension, grammar, punctuation, spelling, vocabulary and creative writing.
• Supporting pupils preparing for 11+, scholarship and independent school entrance examinations.
• Monitoring pupil progress and identifying areas requiring additional support.
• Providing clear, constructive feedback and encouragement.
• Working closely with supervisors, classroom assistants and the wider tuition-centre team.
• Following AE Tuition's established programmes, teaching methods and safeguarding procedures.
