18 Week Support Limited is seeking experienced Dermatology Outpatient Nurses to support weekend insourcing clinics across Oxfordshire, helping NHS Trusts reduce waiting times and improve patient access. This role is for Saturdays and Sundays, 08:00 to 18:00, with flexible working patterns.

You will work alongside consultants and clinical teams in busy outpatient settings, contributing to smooth clinic operations and safe patient care, with focus on supervision and delivering high-quality care.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Experience supervising NHS dermatology staff.
• Experience supporting dermatology outpatient clinics.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and set up clinics, rooms, and equipment.
• Support outpatient clinic prep and ensure equipment availability.
• Conduct patient observations and assessments.
• Assist consultants and clinicians during consultations and procedures.
• Support safe and efficient delivery of patient care.
• Provide patient education and treatment advice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure clinics run safely and efficiently per standards.
