We are expanding our call handling team at Careline Support Ltd and are seeking a personable, motivated, and diligent individual to join our weekend team.

What does the role involve?
  • Handling incoming calls from retired homeowners, including emergencies (accidents, fires, floods), fire panel alarms, security entry calls, or friendly chats
  • Logging calls accurately in our CRM system
  • Remaining alert and prepared for the next call
  • Maintaining a flexible, friendly, and responsive approach

About you
  • Customer service experience from call centres, retail, hospitality, or care sectors
  • Great listener and communicator, motivated, reliable, resilient, empathetic, flexible, calm under pressure, with good common sense
  • Good standard of English and IT skills
