Weekend Customer Service Advisor Based in Rossendale Standard DBS Required

GBP12.27 per hour
Saturday & Sunday 8am 5pm or 9am 6pm
Immediate Start Standard DBS Required

Are you based in Rossendale and looking for weekend work?
We re currently recruiting Weekend Customer Service Advisors to join a busy, supportive team providing out-of-hours technical and repair support to customers.

If you're available immediately and have excellent customer service skills, this could be a great opportunity for you.

About the Role:

Due to increased demand, we re looking for 3 team members who can handle incoming calls, prioritise emergency maintenance requests, and schedule appointments for field technicians. You ll be working on-site in Rossendale as part of a fast-paced and rewarding operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
  • Liaise with customers, prescribers, subcontractors, and operations teams
  • Schedule and coordinate field-based repair appointments
  • Handle urgent cases within tight service timeframes
  • Log all interactions and update records accurately
  • Action incoming emails and send documentation (e.g., health & safety, insurance)

What We re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service (call centre or service-based role ideal)
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Good IT skills Outlook, Excel, Word (training provided)
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs (A C) including English & Maths
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain a Standard DBS check
  • Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
