Surrey Choices is seeking a Community Support Worker in Woking to provide person-centred support in people’s own communities. The role involves working evenings and weekends with bank or part-time hours, helping individuals access activities and develop independent, healthy routines.
You will work with people to realise their interests and aspirations, visiting centres and venues in the community to enable meaningful, social lives.
