Job summary

Warwick Schools Foundation is seeking a Cleaning Operative – Weekends to maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene across classrooms, boarding houses and facilities. The role supports weekend-ready spaces for events and bookings, reporting to the Cleaning Manager.

Weekend shifts run 07:30–16:30 with an unpaid hour break, totaling 16 hours weekly all year. The salary is aligned with the Foundation payscale (point 11), with actual pay equivalent to £10,575 per annum.

• Carry out routine and deep cleaning of classrooms, boarding houses, sports halls, theatres, offices and communal areas.
• Weekend hours: 07:30–16:30 with 1 hour unpaid break (16 hours per week, all year).
• Reports to the Cleaning Manager; supports readiness of spaces for weekend use and events.
