Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Cleaner:

1. Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
2. Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
3. Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
4. Vacuum carpeted areas.
5. Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
6. Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
7. Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels (if contractual).
8. Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
9. Previous experience in a cleaning environment is essential.
10. IT literate (use of tablet, smartphone apps).
11. Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
