Job summary

ABM in Belfast is seeking a part-time cleaner to provide on-site support for the client, Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. This permanent 16-hour-per-week role offers a supportive work environment and the chance to contribute to a safe, welcoming space.

You will follow correct cleaning methods, keep equipment clean, and comply with the Time & Attendance system. A professional approach to clients and colleagues is essential, with flexibility to cover duties and uphold high standards.

• Ability to pass security requirements/vetting.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK.
• Good written and spoken English.

Job Overview:

To provide on-site cleaning support for the client. Represent ABM, ensuring the highest standard of service and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with and actively promote Health & Safety at work.
• Ensure all PPE is worn, where applicable.
• Report accidents, incidents and near misses of any nature to your Line Manager immediately, or prior to end of the shift.

Other

• Support the growth of the business, where possible, by up-selling and cross-selling to the customer and by passing on potential sales leads.
• Support any customer initiatives which could lead to longer term benefits to both the customer and ABM.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested by a member of the ABM Management team.
