Job summary

Encore is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain the tidy communal areas and deliver high standards of service to residents in London. The role focuses on floor care, glass cleaning, lifts surrounds, and reporting faults to the Service Manager.

This weekend shift, Saturdays and Sundays 9am–1pm, offers a pro rata annual salary of £5,819. Applicants should have cleaning experience and be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or caretaking.
• Great standard of education.
• Be competent in the use of a smartphone.
• Be legally able to work in the UK.
• Be fit and able to carry out the duties required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum/mop/polish floors in main entrances and internal areas.
• Clean glass in windows/doors at main entrances and internal areas.
• Clean internals and surrounds of lifts.
• Clean light fittings, check bulbs and log replacements.
• Report faults or hazards to Service Manager or Head Concierge.

What You'll Be Doing:

In all areas, ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Vacuum/mop/polish floors of the main entrances and allother internal areas.

• Clean glass in windows/doors main entrancesand all other internal areas.

• Clean internals and surrounds of lifts.

• Clean light fittings, check light bulbs and log for replacement if required

• Report to Service Manager or Head Concierge anyfaults or hazards.
