Job summary

The MSS Group is seeking a Weekend Cleaner to join our Bridgend team. This part-time, permanent role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 06:00 to 18:00, delivering cleaning across offices, meeting rooms, toilets and staff areas.

You will follow COSHH regulations, work as part of a collaborative team, and bring attention to detail and customer-focused service. We offer a supportive environment with benefits including cycle-to-work, wellbeing support and life assurance.

Responsibilities

• Comply with COSHH regulations.
• Provide general cleaning duties across offices, meeting rooms, toilets, staff canteen areas.
• Cleaning methods include washing, sanitising, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, dusting, polishing and vacuuming.
• May operate cleaning machinery with full training provided.
• Customer-focused approach to provide a welcoming and supportive service to the client, with professional image and attitude.
• Work well under pressure.

MSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Weekend Cleaner to join the team based in Bridgend, UK. This is a part-time, permanent position. Working hours are Saturday & Sunday 06:00 to 18:00 The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with COSHH regulations
• Provide general cleaning duties which may involve a variety of areas including but not limited to: offices, meeting rooms, toilets, staff canteen areas.
• The cleaning methods used will involve but not limited to cleaning, washing, sanitizing, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, dusting, polishing and vacuum cleaning
• There may also be the requirement to use machinery in the cleaning of floors and other areas for which full training will be given.
• To have a customer focused approach to the role, where the principle aim is to provide a welcoming and supportive service to the client, providing solutions rather than problems.
• To present yourself in a professional, approachable and helpful manner at all times, in terms of both image and attitude.
• To work well under pressure

Salary and Benefits

• Salary £16.40 per hour
