Job description

Equans is looking for a Weekend Cleaner to join our team at Ashton Police Station, OL7 0BQ, on a permanent part-time basis, working 10 hours per week. The role offers a salary of £6.01 per hour and a benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Saturday 8am-1pm
Sunday 8am-1pm

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the building, ensuring health and safety compliance.
  • Perform general cleaning duties including floors, toilets, furniture, rubbish removal, etc.
  • Attend training programs for contract requirements and personal development.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced vetting by Greater Manchester Police (GMP) covering criminal history.
  • Valid UK full manual driving license.
  • Knowledge of COSH and previous cleaning experience preferred.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and knowledge of health & safety standards beneficial.
