Our Clubhouse is a home from home for members and our menu reflects the care and attention we put into every service we provide here at HPLTC. Looking for a caring and passionate Chef to join our Weekend Team here at the club to make delicious meals for our lovely Members.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Weekend Chef at Holland Park Lawn Tennis Club in West London. The Weekend Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking weekend meals, working alongside the Weekday Head Chef to ensure consistency, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards, and collaborating with the team to create menus.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills and experience in meal preparation
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Experience in event catering is a plus
• Flexibility to work some weekday evenings in addtion to scheduled weekends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Food hygiene certification
