Job summary

Join Sodexo in Roehampton as a Chef within the UK Healthcare - Frontline team. You will manage your own kitchen section, prepare high-quality meals for patients, and contribute to dining experiences that support wellbeing.

We offer 14–16 GBP per hour, dependent on experience, with Sodexo benefits. NVQ2 and 2+ years’ experience are expected, with training provided and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a chef.
• Strong culinary skills and passion for cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
• Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.
• Support, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ensure health and safety, hygiene, COSHH, and fire safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.

As a Chef at Sodexo in Priory Roehampton, you’ll play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the overall dining experience. What you’ll do:

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment

What you bring:

• Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
