Care UK is seeking a Receptionist for our care home, with Saturday and Sunday shifts. You will warmly welcome visitors, handle calls and emails promptly, and direct guests to their destination while maintaining the visitors book. The role includes delivering excellent customer service to residents and staff.

As part of a friendly, close-knit team, you will also support payroll and recruitment activities, contributing to smooth daily operations in a caring environment.

• A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.

The Role

• Saturday & Sunday
• Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
• Greet others with a courteous telephone manner and reply promptly to email enquiries
• Ensure the visitors book is completed properly and visitors are supported and directed to their destination promptly
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues
• Support with general office duties such as payroll, and recruitment & selection
