Job Description

Home Instead West LothiancoverWest Lothian and the surrounding areas, including Bathgate, Broxburn, Linlithgow, Bo'Ness, Winchburgh, Kirkliston andBalerno.

We are looking for Care Professionals who can work evenings up to 10:15pm and work alternate weekends

• Great rates of pay - from £14.10per hour, plustime and a half on bank holidays
• Minimum 1 hour calls– giving you the time to care.

Responsibilities:

Being a Care Professionalis an essential role supporting older people to live well at home. With the support of our team and industry leading training, you can feel fully equipped to deliver the high-quality care Home Instead has become known for.

Here’s what you could be doing:

• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
• Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
• Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

Qualifications

Our only requirements are:

• Flexible and adaptable to our clients'needs
• Aged 18 or older
• A driving license & access to a reliablevehicle(as you may be required to take clients out and about)
