Job summary

Home Instead in Scotland (West Dunbartonshire area) is seeking Care Professionals to provide non-medical care and companionship in clients' homes. Duties include companionship, appointments and personal care. Minimum one-hour visits help build genuine connections.

Training is fully paid and ongoing; no formal qualifications required. We welcome applicants with a caring personality, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a driving license/vehicle where feasible.

Duties may include:

• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
• Accompanying to appointments, social events or shopping
• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
