Overview

Experienced Care Assistants required for immediate start roles in the Shirebrook area of Mansfield. The care home provides a short-term residential care setting that can accommodate 39 residents with illnesses related to old age. You will work alongside an established team of carers to provide an individualised plan of care that takes into account residents' personal health needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow individual care plans and complete paperwork, reporting any problems to senior staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including aspects of personal care.
• Work on a one-to-one basis with some residents at times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a care environment.
• DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility can pay for one.
• All relevant mandatory training up-to-date; ideally certificates to show for this.

This is an ongoing role. You will be working on Saturdays and Sundays from 07:00 to 14:15.

Rate of pay is £12.21 per hour, rising to £13.33 per hour after 13 weeks.
