Job summary

Good Oaks Home Care is seeking Weekend Care Assistants for Saturdays and Sundays, 7am-2pm, in the Brighton & Hove area. You’ll support clients at home with personal care, meals, mobility, companionship and light tasks, with full training provided.

Guaranteed pay for agreed weekend hours and mileage between visits are included. Roles cover Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea and surrounding areas; split shifts and flexible weekend availability are valued, with a competitive hourly rate and DBS checks paid

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential; training provided.
• You must communicate well, be organised, and reliable.
• Female Care Professionals only due to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, meals, mobility support and medications.
• Provide companionship and light household tasks at clients' homes.
• Record care notes and monitor wellbeing during visits.
