Job summary

Good Oaks Home Care in Worthing is hiring care professionals to support clients at home. Choose mornings or evenings, 7am–2pm or 2pm–9pm, with hours tailored to your week.

Earn £14–£17 per hour, with mileage paid between visits and full training provided. You will help clients stay safe, independent and comfortable, handling personal care, meals, mobility support, companionship and light domestic tasks, while keeping care notes.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential; training is provided.
• You are kind, compassionate, reliable and person-centred, with a warm, honest approach.
• You communicate well and stay organised, showing up as promised.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, medications, meals and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and help with light household tasks.
• Complete and maintain accurate care notes for clients.
