Job summary

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in care or willingness to undertake clinical training.
- Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to follow detailed clinical protocols consistently.
- Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping.
- Genuine commitment to safe, person-centred care.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventions
- Managing tracheostomies, ventilation and specialist equipment
- Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration
- Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately
