Job summary

Alpine Formula 1 Team (Alpine Racing Limited) is seeking a skilled CAM Programmer for weekend days in Enstone. You will create and verify NC programs for metallic components, using HyperMILL and Vericut, while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing and management teams to ensure parts meet exact specifications and maximize machine performance.

We require a strong CNC programming background, capable of interpreting drawings and CAD models, and using GD&T and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Strong experience programming CNC machines with tooling, speeds and feeds.
• Excellent engineering background with ability to interpret drawings, CAD models, GD&T.
• Experience developing machining processes for complex metallic components.
• Proficient with Dynamics 365 and MS Office; capable of tooling libraries usage.

Responsibilities

• Create and verify NC programs using HyperMILL and Vericut.
• Review drawings, models and manufacturing requirements to ensure specs.
• Develop efficient machining strategies to maximise machine utilisation.
• Support design for manufacture activities and tooling usage.
• Maintain safety, environmental compliance and quality standards.
