Job summary

Alpine Formula 1 Team is seeking a skilled CAM Programmer to translate complex designs into high-performance metallic components. You will join the CAM department, creating safe, efficient NC programs while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing and management teams to ensure parts meet specifications and maximise tooling performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient CNC programming experience with tooling, speeds, feeds.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T and specs.
• Experience developing machining processes for complex metallic components.
• Excellent PC literacy including MS Office and manufacturing systems like Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Create and verify NC programs using HyperMILL and Vericut.
• Review drawings, models, and manufacturing requirements.
• Develop efficient machining strategies to maximise machine utilisation.
• Support design for manufacture activities.
• Maintain tooling libraries and standards usage.
• Capture and review feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to convey technical information.
• Manage workload using D365 and other systems to meet deadlines.
• Maintain safety, environmental compliance and quality standards.
