As a Weekend Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help deliver quality care and support for the residents. Main duties of the job

In this Weekend Admin Assistant role, you'll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the care home. This includes answering the phone, managing files, and assisting the management team. You'll also be expected to meet and greet visitors, interact with residents, and give tours to prospective clients and their families. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner. You should be a people person who can build positive relationships with residents and their loved ones.
