HealthJobs4U Ltd is partnering with a Barchester care home to recruit an Activities Assistant. This part-time role covers 20 hours per week with one weekend day on a rotational basis, contributing to a lively activities programme that supports residents' wellbeing.

You'll need creativity, empathy and a genuine interest in helping people enjoy meaningful pastimes. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic, creative and able to encourage and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities for residents.
• Support residents to live as independently as possible and engage with family and community.
• Contribute to the wide activities programme including outings and events.
