Job summary

Barker Ross are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a busy Northamptonshire operation on a Monday to Friday schedule. Start times typically between 5:00am and 6:00am with up to six drops per day.

This is an immediate start role requiring a valid Cat C licence, CPC and tachograph, with professional presentation for customer-facing work and unloading by pump truck and tail lift.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Minimum 6 months' HGV Class 2 driving experience.
• Maximum 6 points on your licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable with multi-drop deliveries and manual unloading.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries - up to 6 drops per day.
• Routes can be local or distance, depending on the daily schedule.
• Deliveries will vary from day to day.
• Unloading using a pump truck and tail lift.
• Customer-facing role, so good communication and professional presentation are essential.
• No assessment required.
