Workchain in Stoke-on-Trent is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for a well-established logistics operation. This role offers steady weekday day shifts and competitive pay, with weekly pay every Wednesday.

You will drive Class 1 curtain-sided trailers and complete deliveries across the region. Applicants should have at least 1 year of Class 1 driving experience, a valid HGV Class 1 licence, CPC and tachograph card, and a good knowledge of UK road regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Good understanding of UK road regulations and driver hours.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Responsabilités

• Driving Class 1 vehicles, primarily curtain-sided trailers.
• Carrying out general haulage deliveries.
• Minimal handball involved.
• Using a company-issued phone to log deliveries and complete job updates.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
