Job summary

The Best Connection in Crawley is seeking an experienced 7.5T/Class C1 Driver to join a busy logistics operation. You will carry out collections and deliveries across Crawley and surrounding areas, with a typical 09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday schedule and an hourly pay of £16.05.

Responsibilities include loading and securing goods, delivering to customers, completing paperwork, and maintaining safety compliance on all journeys. Prior logistics experience is desirable for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid C1 (7.5T) driving licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good knowledge of driver regulations and road safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out approx. 20-30 collections and deliveries per day.
• Ensure goods are loaded, secured and transported safely.
• Provide excellent customer service at collection and delivery points.
• Complete all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks.
• Maintain compliance with transport and safety regulations.
