The Weddings & Events Sales Executive is an entry level role within our sales team, focusing on driving sales through excellent client service, proposals, show arounds and contracting events, whilst working closely with our operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event delivery. This role is ideal for candidates with some venue or events experience, providing an excellent opportunity to develop in a weddings-focused environment. Due to the weddings-focused nature of the venue, flexibility will be required for evening and weekend working.

Salary 28,000

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to new enquiries, qualifying leads and managing client communications.
  • Conduct venue show-arounds and meetings with prospective clients, presenting venue offerings and tailoring options to their needs.
  • Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups to secure bookings.
  • Attend client planning meetings as required to provide proactive guidance on event flow and offerings.
  • Be present on the event day for meet & greet and facilitate a smooth handover to the Operations Manager.
