Job Title: Wedding Waiting Staff

We are looking for Wedding Waiting Staff to assist at a fun and lively outdoor marquee wedding in Trowbridge on 24th May. If you’re energetic, quick-thinking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced event environment, we’d love to have you on board!

The Job:

• Serving simple reception drinks.
• Circulating with canapé boards.
• Delivering sharing platters to tables.
• Clearing tables and maintaining a tidy event space.
• Wiping down and stacking plates in crates for return.
• Supporting a smooth and seamless dining experience.

The Requirements:

• A fun and professional attitude – this is a casual yet high-energy event!
• Fast-thinking service – we need staff who can keep up in a lively setting.
• Dress Code:

• All black attire (no white shirts).
• Smart, fitted T-shirts are acceptable, but no baggy clothing.
• Black trainers or Vans are fine (plain with no loud logos).
• If wearing a skirt, black tights are required.
• We provide aprons.
  • Personal presentation: No brightly coloured hair. Nail varnish must be neat and not chipped.
  • Comfortable footwear is a must! There will be lots of walking.

Available Shifts:

• Pot Wash: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (9 hours)
• Waiting Staff Group 1: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8 hours)
• Waiting Staff Group 2: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (8 hours)
• Waiting Staff Group 3: 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM (6 hours)
