Knebworth House and Barns seeks a Wedding & Events Coordinator to drive weddings and events from enquiry to execution, working with our sales, catering and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The role demands a proactive, sales-oriented coordinator with at least two years in wedding sales or events; occasional evenings and weekends are required around weddings, with a 9am–5:30pm weekday schedule.
Location: Knebworth House and Barns (on-site)
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekends when there are weddings.
Working at the stunning and historic Knebworth House and Barns, you will play a key role in creating memorable weddings and events for our customers. As a Wedding & Events Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our wedding operation, managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to the big day. We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for weddings, exceptional customer service and delivering outstanding events, whilst also having the commercial drive to convert enquiries, maximise revenue and grow our wedding business. You’ll be working as part of a small, collaborative team, taking ownership of the wedding segment and working closely with our sales, catering and operations teams to ensure every couple receives a seamless and memorable experience.
