Overview

The Swan Bibury — Wedding & Events Coordinator, up to £29,500 plus tips and great benefits.

We are looking for an events/wedding coordinator. You will need to be organised and focused on giving our customers the best experience.

The Swan in Bibury, a former Cotswold coaching inn is located on the enchanting banks of the River Coln. The Hotel offers 22 guest rooms including accommodation in one of the four garden cottage suites, and has a welcoming bar and popular brasserie.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery of pre-booked targets and smooth organisation and running of the events to exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead liaison with the venue team and customers to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Promote events spaces and support the operational running of the events.
  • Work with CRM systems and social media platforms is desirable to support promotional activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in overachieving sales targets, promoting events spaces and supporting the operational running of the events.
  • Experience in managing CRM systems and social media platforms is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service and ability to liaise with both the venue team and customers.
  • Organised and focused on giving customers the best experience.
