We are looking for an experienced and talented Wedding Co-ordinator to join our fantastic venue.

The Role

As a Wedding Co-ordinator, you will take ownership to maximize opportunities and increase wedding business at the venue. You will work closely with the General Manager and management team to ensure exceptional wedding execution, helping to retain and grow our successful wedding track record.

Responsibilities Include
  1. Handling enquiries.
  2. Coordinating and executing show rounds.
  3. Creating and delivering proposals for couples within budget and timeframes.
  4. Managing function agreements and deposit contracts.
  5. Being the client’s first point of contact throughout the enquiry, conversion, and planning stages.
  6. Coordinating with the venue team to deliver excellent customer service and a smooth customer journey.
  7. Sharing reservation information with operations/kitchen team before the event.
  8. Achieving pre-booked sales targets while providing first-class service.
  9. Sharing potential leads with the wider group.
  10. Maintaining good relationships with the sales team.
