The position is permanent, with the preferred location in Havant, Portsmouth.

What you will be doing

The Single Pallet Cell includes Manual and CNC Turning and Milling Centres. This role involves operating Manual Vertical Turning Lathes [Webster Bennet] to machine a variety of materials to meet customer requirements. Business demand will determine the specific duties and skills needed at any time, with instructions provided accordingly.

Flexibility is essential, as duties vary and must be performed safely and accurately to meet our OTIF targets.

This role operates during our late shift:

Friday - 12.20pm - 8pm

Candidate requirements

• Experience with Webster/Bennet or similar Face Plate Turning preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an engineering environment

• Effective communication skills within a small team
• College education or solid manufacturing industry experience preferred
