UNLEASH is a small, global company with big ambitions. We have less than 60 staff and work with a range of partners to deliver our media business and two major events per year, in Las Vegas and Paris. The technology team works in a fast paced enviroment using a wide range of tools to support teams working across Marketing, Production, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Design. You will work closely with the CTO, Head of Marketing, Editor in Chief and 2 additional technology team colleagues plus 2 technology partners supporting the business.

Job Description

UNLEASH's website estate, which includes our editorial and event websites, is essential for engaging with and understanding our customers.

You will be responsible for working with the CTO to grow and enhance our websites using a data-driven approach in collaboration with internal departments (Marketing, Editorial, Labs, Sales) and our development partners. You will be a self-starter with autonomy to develop in technology-related areas, including project delivery, budget management, digital marketing, stakeholder management, partner relationships, data/performance analysis, SEO, integrations, and web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day configuration of UNLEASH.AI, UNLEASH World, and UNLEASH America.

• Content creation support

• Form integrations using no code platforms

• Managing team support request

• Mangement of website backlog with website partner

• Develop and implement SEO strategies, including optimization and weekly performance reporting.

• Create and optimize gating and personalization strategies, along with weekly performance reporting.

• Drive audience growth strategies across our digital real estate.

• Collaborate closely with the UNLEASH editorial team on content strategy.

• Work in tandem with the UNLEASH marketing team on digital marketing strategies.

• Manage continuous enhancement feature delivery with our external development agency.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring a best-in-class gating / personalisation platforms in a media organization.

• Track record of SEO strategy with demonstrable results.

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional, cross -cultural, remote based teams.

• Relationship building, management skills and experience of working with external technology partners

• Demonstrable experience in growing user engagement and audience using a data-driven approach.

• Strong skills across core tech tools.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage competing demands to changing deadlines.

• Able to communicate and present to internal and external audiences using a range of tools.
