Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Digital Specialist to join our team as the Website Lead. This role involves managing and optimizing our global and local websites for the Spirax Sarco and Gestra brands, ensuring a high-performing and engaging online presence.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
  1. Website Management: Maintain and optimize websites using Sitecore CMS, enhance web pages for functionality and UX, collaborate on campaign pages, conduct A/B testing, and provide UX improvement recommendations.
  2. Agency Management: Liaise with technical support agencies, oversee troubleshooting and updates, manage performance meetings, and train Field Marketing teams.
  3. Analytics: Set up dashboards, resolve SEO issues, implement conversion tracking, align analytics with goals, and execute content migrations.
  4. Technical Implementation: Serve as the primary technical contact, support integration of marketing technology products, and ensure proper setup of internal tools for campaigns.
Your previous experience is likely to include…
  • Achieving a qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in leading new website launches from start to finish.
  • Experience working with marketing technology or related areas.
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, and Pardot.

  • Show proficiency with Sitecore CMS and other content management systems.

  • Showcase excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
