Qualifications

  • 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Ecommerce-Rolle oder ähnlichem.

Job description

Europcar Australia is seeking a full time passionate Website and Content Coordinator to join our team at our Tullamarine, Head Office on a 12 month maximum term contract! This role offers an opportunity to work in an international team and to develop project management skills within the ecommerce channel, focusing on Europcar Brand mainly.

Some of the key responsibilities include :

  • Content Management : Manage content, site landing pages and website configuration to optimise conversion and user experience.
  • Analytical oversight : Analyse Ecommerce and Campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Site Testing : Conduct in depth and regular user testing on Europcar site to ensure that functionality works correctly with high level of quality and can be easily understood by customers.
  • CRM : Coordinate CRM Calendar and campaigning, liaising with local and group stakeholders to optimise brand messaging and channel performance.
  • SEO Performance : Drive SEO strategy, updating and maintaining website content to optimise SEO performance and ensure site is engaging and relevant.
  • Promotional Content : Maintain promotional calendar, looking for key periods to drive demand.
  • User Experience : Drive forward best practice customer experience functionality on the site, ensuring content is legally compliant.
  • Social Campaign Management : Liaise with internal stakeholders on paid digital campaigns.

To be considered for this position you should possess :

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an Ecommerce role or similar.
  • Experience with website CRM and CMS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work with Google Analytics is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.
  • Passionate, driven and capable self-starter.
  • Creative, innovative and energetic team worker.
  • Strong written skills and use of the English language.
  • Skills to manage internal and external relationships.
