Now we are looking for a Webinar Specialistto join our team!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Hosting live webinars to deliver expert insights to participants.
• Collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to schedule webinars &assign presenters, ensuring smooth execution.
• Creating and maintaining a comprehensive webinar schedule aligned with client interests and company goals.
• Creating and curating content and presentation materials for webinars.
• Formulating and implementing strategies for future webinar themes based on industry trends and client preferences.
• Supporting the production of webinar resources, including presentation slides, handouts, and related documentation.
• Gathering & analyzingclient feedback (as well as performance metrics)to improve webinars & their delivery.
  

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success roles, experience with presenting/hosting webinars.
• Excellent verbal communication (fluentEnglish, at least C1) and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and incorporate feedback into content development.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging webinar topics and content.
• Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms and related technology.
• Proactive, able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
