Role Summary:

We're seeking a Web3 native growth wizard with a background in casino and/or gaming marketing. You will own our marketing engine, working directly with the CEO and founding team on brand, digital marketing, and community building, transitioning the project from testing to scaling.

The ideal candidate has experience in casino marketing, Web3 gaming, or NFT/token projects. Responsibilities include 360-degree marketing: ads, performance marketing, influencer campaigns, referral and retention strategies, launch campaigns, and affiliate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute growth strategies, including performance marketing, ad funnels, conversion optimization, and GTM campaigns.
• Oversee content strategy, social media, and SEO to grow our community.
• Create scalable growth systems for influencer campaigns, referral programs, and partnerships.
• Manage partnerships and business development, including KOL programs, community activations, collaborations, and Web3 partnerships.
• Drive community growth through ambassador programs, quests, giveaways, game nights, and campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in growth marketing.
• Experience in (crypto) casinos, Web3 games, NFT projects, token or memecoin projects, or DeFi protocols.
• Proven success in building scalable marketing systems.
• Expertise in performance marketing, ads, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with affiliate and influencer marketing at scale.
• Deep understanding of Web3 community building and degen culture.
• Entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset with growth experimentation experience.
• Bonus: experience with launch campaigns, token marketing, or community airdrops.
