Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Web3 Consultant to join our fast-growing team. This is a remote and flexible contract role, ideal for professionals with deep industry connections and a passion for helping clients embrace the future of blockchain.

The Consultant will:

• Advise clients (Web3 startups & Web2 enterprises) on blockchain and Web3 strategies.
• Support the structuring, preparation, and implementation of complex projects across legal, tokenomics, technology, and operations.
• Leverage Semoto’s marketplace to match clients with best-fit service providers.
• Help drive adoption of Semoto’s RFQ platform by onboarding clients and guiding their vendor search.
• Represent Semoto at key industry events and networking opportunities.
• Contribute to client acquisition, management, and satisfaction.
• Generate new business.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience advising on Web3 or blockchain strategy.
• Strong industry knowledge of tokenization, DeFi, DAOs, or digital assets.
• A transferable book of clients and active portfolio of industry contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive client engagements.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Willingness and ability to travel to key events and conferences globally.
• A background in legal, compliance, marketing, or technology within Web3 is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or finance.

Compensation

Flexible based on the candidate’s profile:

• Option 1: Base Salary + Commission on client deals.
• Option 2: Full Commission-based structure with higher earning potential.
